We are sorry you've had to come here :( Unfortunately as a small business we can not cover the cost of return shipping. Sale items and discounted items over 30% are non-refundable. Any clothing item(s) or jewelry remains your responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for any lost items, and we will not give a refund for any item that is not in the same condition as when sent.
Clothes are sent with swing tags, if they are removed then the refund will be void.
You can return any unwanted item within 14 days of receiving your order by
sending it back to the address below. Please fill out the Return Form and put it
in the Return Shipment. Once we receive your return, your refund will be
processed through the initial payment method within 1-3 days business.
