Every box is handpicked by one of our in house stylists and built as a proper outfit, not a random grab of stock. Expect real vintage pieces from names like Stüssy, Ralph Lauren, Carhartt Adidas and Nike, chosen to actually work together. Is it just a lucky dip?
No. Every piece goes through the same handpicking process as the rest of our stock, checked for quality before it goes in. Sab picks each box herself and puts it together as a proper fit, nothing in there is filler or leftovers nobody wanted.
Can I tell you my size or style?
Yes please, that's the whole point. Leave your sizes and any colour or style preferences in the notes at checkout and we'll match them as closely as we can when we're putting your box together.
How do I know I'm getting good value?
We build every box so what's inside is worth more than what you pay for it, real preloved pieces from brands you already know, never padded out to hit a number.
Are the items new or preloved?
All preloved and vintage, same quality standard as the rest of the site. Every piece is checked before it goes in.
Will I get a preview of what's inside before it arrives?
No sneak peeks, that's half the fun. What we can promise is it'll be a proper curated fit, not a random selection.
Do you ever repeat the same box twice?
Every box is put together individually, so no two are ever exactly the same, even within the same box option.
How do I know this isn't just stuff you couldn't sell elsewhere?

Can I return or exchange a mystery box?
Yes, if it's not for you, you can return it within a fortnight of receiving it as long as you haven't worn it. If anything arrives damaged, just get in touch and we'll sort it straight away.
Are mystery boxes good gifts?
Definitely, especially if you're not 100% sure of someone's exact style. If you're worried about sizing, a gift voucher is the safer bet and lets them pick for themselves.
